摘 要:印尼Ban气田于1979年开发第一口探井,在早中新统钻遇厚度为13.7 m TAF组砂岩气藏,之后数十年在该气田陆续共钻有7口开发井。随着Ban气田开发进入中后期,该气田部分气井出水问题日趋严重,且气藏压力导致气井间歇产水直到无气产出。在经过间歇开关井诱喷、连续油管气举之后,一部分井成功生产但另一部分井并无效果。通过Ban气田气举排液失利原因进行总结分析发现,Ban部分气井气举失利因素主要和地层水或者外来水造成气藏水锁、气藏结垢、气井井身结构、气举工艺方式有关。针对不同失利原因制定解决方案包括:除水锁液体体系、复合酸液解堵剂。经实践证明,针对不同气井停产原因利用以上方案均起到很好的作业效果,恢复了积液气井生产。The first exploration well in the Ban Gas field in Indonesia was drilled in 1979 in the Early Miocene TAF formation sandstone reservoir with a thickness of 13.7 m.Seven development wells were drilled in the field over the following decades.As the development of Ban Gas field enters the middle and late stage,the water flow problem of some gas wells becomes more and more serious,and the gas reservoir pressure leads to intermittent water production until no gas produced.After intermittent on-off rocking well and coiled tubing unloading,some wells produced successfully but others failed.Based on the analysis of the failure reason of unloading in Ban gas field,it is found that the failure factors of unloading in Ban gas wells are mainly related to the water block,scale,well diagram and unloading technology caused by formation water or external water.According to different failure reasons,the solutions include:remove water block liquid system,compound acid system,solid foam rod in the well.The application has proved that solutions have a good operation effect on different production reasons of gas wells,and the production of gas wells with liquid accumulation is restored.
