摘  要:肺动脉高压(pulmonary arterial hypertension,PAH)是一种病因复杂、死亡率高、危害性强的进行性疾病。虽然临床中运用抗血管栓塞,扩张肺血管治疗取得了一定的成效,但其病死率并没有得到改善。研究发现无论在肺动脉高压的动物模型还是肺动脉高压患者中均可以检测到高水平的细胞因子、趋化因子和炎症介质,并与临床结果密切相关。据此可知免疫炎症深度参与了肺动脉高压的形成和肺血管的重塑并在其中发挥了重要的作用。对炎症细胞、炎症介质及血管细胞之间的相互作用的日益认识可能为以后开发新型、安全有效的治疗方法提供重要线索,本研究将对肺动脉高压发病机制中的免疫炎症因素作一综述。Pulmonary arterial hypertension(PAH)is a progressive disease with complex etiology,high mortality rate and strong harm.Although the clinical use of anti-vascular embolization and pulmonary vascular expansion treatment has achieved some results,but its case fatality rate has not been improved.Studies have found that high levels of cytokines,chemokines and inflammatory mediators can be detected either in animal models of pulmonary hypertension or in patients with pulmonary hypertension and are closely related to clinical outcomes.Therefore,it can be seen that immune inflammation is deeply involved in the formation of pulmonary hypertension and the remodeling of pulmonary blood vessels and plays an important role.The growing understanding of the interactions between inflammatory cells,inflammatory mediators and vascular cells may provide important clues for the development of new,safe and effective treatments in the future,and we will review the immune inflammatory factors in the pathogenesis of pulmonary hypertension.
