摘 要:凝集素(lectin)是一类普遍存在的蛋白质,能与特定的碳水化合物可逆结合,从而作为糖编码的阅读器。概述了植物凝集素的研究起源与分类,结合课题组对欧李凝集素的研究,阐述了凝集素的基本属性及功能,介绍了几种典型植物凝集素的生物学功能与应用,并在此基础上对植物凝集素在医学和农业领域的研究前景进行了展望。Lectins are ubiquitous proteins that bind reversibly to specific carbohydrates,thereby acting as sugar-encoded readers.In this paper,the research origin and classification of plant lectins were summarized,and the basic properties and functions of lectins were described based on the research of Cerasus humilis lectin in our group,and the biological functions and applications of several typical plant lectins were introduced.On this basis,the research prospects of plant lectins in the fields of medicine and agriculture were prospected.
