新冠肺炎疫情下高校图书与信息中心应急服务研究——以中国药科大学图书与信息中心为例

摘　　要：面对突发的新冠肺炎疫情,图书与信息中心迎来了一场前所未有的信息服务和资源保障的挑战。文章以中国药科大学图书与信息中心在新冠肺炎疫情防控期间为全校师生提供的各种创新服务为例,介绍了其从图书馆和信息化两方面工作入手采取的应急防控措施,分析其应对突发公共卫生事件存在的问题,提出了图书与信息中心应建立科学合理的应急服务体系、强化应急服务的技术保障能力、建设数字资源服务平台、推进高校图书馆区域内联盟、运用信息化手段织密织牢疫情防控安全网的解决对策,旨在为同行提供借鉴。As the sudden break of COVID-19 epidemic,the library and information center has faced an unprecedented challenge of information service and resource guarantee.Taking the various innovative services provided by the library and information center of China Pharmaceutical University for the teachers and students of the university during the COVID-19 epidemic as an example,the article introduces the emergency prevention and control measures taken from the library and information work,analyzes the problems existing in its response to public health emergencies,and proposes that the library and information center should establish a scientific and reasonable emergency service system,strengthen the technical support capacity of emergency services,building a digital resource service platform,promoting the regional alliance of university libraries,and using information technology to weave a tight epidemic prevention and control safety net in arder to provide reference for peers.
