摘　　要：亚太经合组织(APEC)是亚太地区最具影响力的区域经济论坛。APEC科技创新政策伙伴关系机制工作组(PPSTI)下9家APEC中心是21个APEC经济体积极开展多边科技合作、从事专项行动的重要机制。文章概述了亚太经合组织与APEC科技创新政策伙伴关系机制中心、合作机制建设现状,评述分析发展成因,并提出推动APEC中心间合作机制建设的路径对策,对推动科技创新领域的多边合作,实现亚太地区共同发展与繁荣具有较强的借鉴意义。The Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation(APEC)is the most influential regional economic forum in the Asia Pacific region.The nine APEC centers under the APEC Science and Technology Innovation Policy Partnership Mechanism Working Group(PPSTI)are important mechanisms for 21 APEC economies to carry out multilateral scientific and technological cooperation and engage in special actions.This paper outlines the status quo of the construction of the mechanism center and cooperation mechanism of the APEC Science and Technology Innovation Policy Partnership,comments on and analyzes the causes of development,and puts forward the path and countermeasures to promote the construction of the cooperation mechanism between APEC centers,which has a strong reference significance for promoting multilateral cooperation in the field of science and technology innovation and achieving common development and prosperity in the Asia Pacific region.
