科技创新视角下昆山高新区深度融入长三角一体化发展研究

摘　　要：作为县域国家高新区,由于区位限制,面对“十四五”国家高新区高质量发展的要求,昆山高新区高端创新资源集聚面临瓶颈。文章基于长三角一体化国家战略背景,通过梳理昆山高新区创新发展现状,从产业链互融、创新要素共享、创新政策互通等角度,提出昆山高新区对接融入上海、苏南自创区一体化,探索“双自联动”的路径,以期为昆山高新区深度融入长三角创新一体化、提升高端创新资源集聚能力提供新的思路。As a county level national high-tech zone,Kunshan High-tech Zone faces a bottleneck in high-end innovation resource gathering due to its location restrictions and the requirements for high-quality development of the“14th Five-year”Plan national high-tech zone.Based on the national strategic background of the integration of the Yangtze River Delta,this paper,by combing the innovation development status of Kunshan High-tech Zone,proposes the integration of Kunshan High-tech Zone into Shanghai and the integration of self created zones in Southern Jiangsu from the perspectives of industrial chain integration,innovation element sharing,innovation policy interconnection,etc.,and explores the path of“double self-linkage”,in order to provide new ideas for Kunshan High-tech Zone to deeply integrate into the innovation integration of the Yangtze River Delta and improve the high-end innovation resource gathering capacity.
