摘  要:医学影像设备作为提供医学影像的重要工具,成为医院现代医疗设备中不可或缺的组成部分,它为临床诊断、治疗提供了重要保障,也为临床科学研究提供了重要平台。磁共振成像(MRI)技术是利用人体内原子核在磁场内与外加射频磁场发生共振而产生影像的一种新的成像技术。我国中低端的医疗成像设备发展相对比较成熟,但是高端的医疗成像设备研发技术相对薄弱。当前医疗成像行业亟需利用知识产权通过法律赋予的独占地位获得竞争优势。文章从知识产权维度入手,针对MRI从专利申请等多维度展开统计与分析,给出发展建议,助力推动医学影像设备的技术研发和产业利用。通过分析可知,在未来的发展中应加强企业和高校的联合,形成优势互补。As an important tool to provide medical images,medical imaging equipment has become an indispensable part of modern medical equipment in hospitals.It provides an important guarantee for clinical diagnosis and treatment,as well as an important platform for clinical scientific research.Magnetic resonance imaging is a new imaging technology that uses the atomic nucleus in the human body to resonate with the external RF magnetic field to generate images.The development of low-end medical imaging equipment in China is relatively mature,but the research and development technology of high-end medical imaging equipment is relatively weak.At present,the medical imaging industry urgently needs to take advantage of the exclusive position of intellectual property rights granted by law to gain competitive advantage.The article starts from the dimension of intellectual property rights,conducts statistics and analysis from multiple dimensions such as patent application for MRI,and gives development suggestions to help promote the technical research and development and industrial utilization level of medical imaging equipment.It can be seen from the analysis that the combination of enterprises and universities should be strengthened in the future development to form complementary advantages.
