大数据时代高校图书馆精准服务探究——以湖北民族大学为例

摘　　要：大数据时代的到来在人类社会的各个方面都体现了巨大优势,发挥出重要作用,它可以帮助提供个性化服务。大数据背景下高校图书馆服务面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战,提高用户体验感的个性化精准服务是未来智慧图书馆的发展趋势。文章通过对湖北民族大学以及相关图书馆的调查,分析了大数据时代高校图书馆进行精准服务面临的困境,提出了相应解决办法,希望给各高校图书馆员一些借鉴,帮助图书馆在读者中重新树立良好的形象,体现优势价值。The arrival of the big data era has shown great advantages in all aspects of human society,play an important role.It can help provide personalized services.Under the big data background,the university library service faces the unprecedented opportunity and the challenge,it is the development trend of intelligent library in the future to improve the personalized and accurate service of user experience.Through the investigation of Hubei University for Nationalities and related libraries,this paper analyzes the difficulties faced by university libraries in providing accurate service in the era of big data.It also puts forward some corresponding solutions,hoping to provide some reference for the librarian of colleges and universities,to help the library in the reader to re-establish a good image,reflect the value of advantages.
