摘　　要：“十四五”规划对公共文化服务提出了高质量发展的要求,公共图书馆以其丰富的馆藏、规范的服务等优势,在全民阅读推广中肩负着不可替代的作用。文章以扬州地区宝应县图书馆为例,剖析了当前县级公共图书馆高质量推进全民阅读存在的问题,并提出了相关的建议,为高质量推进县域全民阅读、促进地方公共文化发展起到了积极作用。The“14th Five-Year”Plan puts forward the requirements for high-quality development of public cultural services.With the advantages of rich collections and standardized services,public libraries play an irreplaceable role in the promotion of reading for everyone.Taking Baoying Library in Yangzhou as an example,analyses the high-quality promotion of national reading in county-level public libraries,and puts forward relevant suggestions,which will play a key role in promoting high-quality national reading in the county and promoting the development of local public culture.
