摘 要:在电子束冷床熔炼TA10钛合金扁锭的凝固过程中,温度场分布和凝固组织对铸锭质量的性能有重要影响.通过建立钛合金传热模型和CAFE模型,基于Procast模拟软件并结合二次编程开发研究了结晶器尺寸对熔池深度的影响,以及凝固工艺参数对温度场和铸锭凝固组织的影响.结果表明:当结晶器内长超过650mm或结晶器高度大于350mm时,熔池形状不再发生变化;当钛锭横截面的面积一定时,钛合金熔池深度随着结晶器内长的增大而逐渐减小,但结晶器壁厚尺寸对熔池深度影响不大;拉锭速度和浇注温度的提高都会使熔池变深,过渡区长度也会增加,但浇注温度对过渡区的影响远小于拉锭速度对过渡区的影响;随着拉锭速度和浇注温度的提高,柱状晶区变得越来越明显,平均晶粒半径逐渐增大,降低拉锭速度或浇注温度可达到细化晶粒的效果.当拉锭速度为1.0×10^(-4)m/s时,浇注温度在1700~1800℃范围内可获得组织均匀的TA10钛合金扁锭.上述结论为大型TA10钛合金扁锭的实际生产提供了重要的理论指导.In the solidification process of TA10 titanium alloy flat ingot melted by electron beam cooling bed,the temperature field distribution and solidification structure have an important influence on the quality and properties of the ingot.By establishing the heat transfer model and CAFE model of titanium alloy,based on Procast simulation software and combined with secondary programming development,this paper studies the influence of mold size on molten pool depth,and the influence of solidification process parameters on temperature field and ingot solidification structure.The results show that when the length of the mold is more than 650 mm or the height of the mold is more than 350 mm,the shape of the molten pool will not change.When the cross-sectional area of titanium ingot is constant,the molten pool depth of titanium alloy decreases gradually with the increase of the inner length of the mold,but the wall thickness of the mold has little effect on the molten pool depth.The increase of ingot speed and pouring temperature will deepen the molten pool and increase the length of the transition zone,but the influence of pouring temperature on the transition zone is much less than that of ingot speed.With the increase of ingot drawing speed and pouring temperature,the columnar crystal zone becomes more and more obvious,and the average grain radius increases gradually.Reducing ingot drawing speed or pouring temperature can achieve the effect of grain refinement.When the pulling speed is 1.0 × 1O^(-4)m/s,the casting temperature is in the range of 1700~1800℃,and the TA10 titanium alloy slab with uniform structure can be obtained.The above conclusions provide an important theoretical guidance for the actual production of large TA10 titanium alloy flat ingot,s.
