摘  要:为推动城市生态建设发展,本文基于GIS对浙江省海宁市尖山新区景观规划进行用地适宜性综合评价研究。选取高程、坡度、坡向、距水域距离、距钱塘江岸线距离、土地利用类型、距道路距离和距建设用地距离这8个影响因子,确定相关因子的权重体系。通过多因子叠加分析,得到景观规划用地适宜性结果,表明:(1)用地适宜性最高的区域以东南部的工业区为主,该区域应充分运用自然条件和社会条件进行深层次的景观规划;(2)适宜性较高的区域以西南部工业区和中部中心城区为主,该区应在原有景观基础上进一步提升改造;(3)北部村庄区域以中等适宜性为主,应打造以生态为主的农村特色景观;(4)低适宜区主要集中在内部山体区域,应对其山体进行合理保护,适度开发。In order to promote the development of urban ecological construction,this paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation of land use suitability for the landscape planning of Jianshan new district,Haining city,Zhejiang province based on GIS.Eight influencing factors including elevation,slope,slope aspect,distance from water,distance from Qiantang River shoreline,land use type,distance from road and distance from construction land were selected to determine the weight system of relevant factors.Through multifactor superposition analysis,the results of land suitability for landscape planning are obtained,which show that:(1)the area with the highest land use suitability is mainly the industrial area in the southeast,which should make full use of the natural and social conditions for in-depth landscape planning;(2)the areas with high suitability are mainly the southwestern industrial area and the central urban area,which should be further improved and renovated on the basis of the original landscape;(3)the northern village area is mainly moderately suitable,and rural characteristic landscapes focusing on ecology should be created;(4)the low suitable area is mainly concentrated in the inner mountain area,and the mountain should be reasonably protected and moderately developed.
