摘　　要：在利用信息化手段推进生态文明建设的背景下,运用遥感、地理信息、全球定位和空间大数据挖掘等科学技术,为领导干部自然资源资产审计工作提供可靠的数据和定量化的评价方法,是开展这项工作的必然选择。本文从数据资料、评价方法、成果形式三个方面,阐述自然资源资产审计测绘保障的技术方法,实现了自然资源资产的定量评价。不同于问题导向的审计,本文侧重于对自然资源资产发挥的生态作用做整体评价,利用地理国情监测等数据和技术方法,开展自然资源资产审计测绘保障,将有利于相关政策的落实。Under the background of using information technology to promote the construction of ecological civilization,the use of remote sensing,geographic information,global positioning and spatial big data mining and other science and technology to provide reliable data and quantitative evaluation methods for officials′natural resources assets audit is the inevitable choice to carry out this work.In this paper,from three aspects of data,evaluation method and achievement form,the author expounds the technical methods of surveying and mapping support of natural resources assets audit,and realizes the quantitative evaluation of natural resource assets.Unlike the problem-oriented audit,this paper focuses on the overall evaluation of the ecological role played by natural resource assets.Using data and technical methods such as geographical conditions monitoring to carry out surveying and mapping support for natural resources assets audit will be conducive to the implementation of relevant policies.
