摘　　要：现行标准规范对房产面积测算成果的质量评定的规定较为笼统,在实际工作中难以指导质量评定工作,本文通过研究已有标准规范,结合实际工作经验,提出详细的评分计算标准,为科学合理评定房产面积测算成果的质量等级提供建议和指导。Existing standards and norms are relatively general in the quality assessment of the calculation results of real estate area,and it is difficult to guide the quality assessment in practical work.By studying the existing standards and norms,combining with practical work experience,this paper puts forward detailed scoring calculation standards to provide suggestions and guidance for scientifically and reasonably evaluating the quality grade of real estate area measurement results.
