摘　　要：通过查阅和整理国内外相关研究文献,对云芝糖肽的抗肿瘤机制研究进展进行总结,以期为云芝糖肽的抗肿瘤治疗策略和研究方向提供参考。云芝糖肽主要通过直接抗肿瘤作用、免疫调节作用及对抗肿瘤药物的增敏作用来发挥抗肿瘤效果,并且可以减轻化疗带来的不良反应,这使其成为潜力巨大的中药单体。To summarize the research progress of the anti-tumor mechanism of polysaccharopeptide to provide a reference for the anti-tumor treatment strategy and research direction by reviewing and organizing the related research literature at home and abroad.Polysaccharopeptide exerts its anti-tumor effect mainly through direct anti-tumor effect,immunomodulatory effect and the sensitizing effect on anti-tumor drugs,and can reduce the adverse reactions caused by chemotherapy,which makes it a potential monomer of traditional Chinese medicine.
