摘　　要：梳理古今医家对“胃系温病”的相关论述,系统分析“胃系温病”的概念、范围、特点与治法方药。温病分肺、胃两系,其中“胃系温病”是温病学的重要概念。“胃系温病”是邪自胃而发,以脾胃为病变中心,胃系症状为主要临床表现的一类温病。肺系与胃系两种温病在理论起源、病位特点、感邪途径、临床症状存在差异。“胃系温病”历史悠久,内涵丰富,既包括温病早期发展的胃系阶段,也包括湿温、温疫、暑病等以胃为病变中心的温病,可分“胃系温病”“胃系湿温”两类。对于“胃系温病”的理论探析,能够丰富温病理论体系,为临证提供指导。This paper combs the relevant treatises of ancient and modern doctors on"Stomach Epidemic Febrile Diseases",systematically analyzes the concept,scope,characteristics and prescription of"Stomach Epidemic Febrile Diseases".Febrile diseases can be divided into lung epidemic febrile diseases and stomach epidemic febrile diseases."Stomach Epidemic Febrile Diseases"is an important concept in febrile diseases.Febrile diseases in stomach are a kind of febrile diseases that originate from the stomach,with the spleen-stomach as the lesion center and gastric symptoms as the main clinical manifestations.The lung epidemic febrile diseases and stomach epidemic febrile diseases are different in theoretical origin,disease location characteristics,pathogenic pathways and clinical symptoms."Stomach Epidemic Febrile Diseases"have a long history and rich connotation,including not only stomach symptoms appear early in the disease in their early development stage,but also the febrile diseases with the stomach as the lesion center,such as Shiwen(湿温),Wenyi(温疫)and Shubing(暑病).It can be divided into two types:stomach epidemic febrile diseases and stomach damp-warm syndrome.The theoretical analysis of"Stomach Epidemic Febrile Diseases"can enrich the theoretical system of febrile disease and provide guidance for its clinical manifestations.
