摘　　要：目的观察山东省名老中医张启平主任经验方辨治喉源性咳嗽的临床效果,并对其进行经验总结。方法选取2019年2月—2020年2月在泰安市妇幼保健院治疗的喉源性咳嗽患者98例,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组及观察组,每组49例。对照组给予头孢拉定及盐酸西替利嗪治疗,观察组在对照组基础上给予润咽止嗽汤加减方治疗。比较2组治疗总有效率及临床症状消失时间、治疗前后中医证候积分及生活质量测定量表(QOL-BREF)评分、不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05),咳嗽、咽部异物感、咽痒消失时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后中医证候积分低于对照组(P<0.05),QOL-BREF评分高于对照组(P<0.05);2组不良反应发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论润咽止嗽汤加减方治疗喉源性咳嗽,可减轻患者临床症状,提高生活质量。Objective To observe the clinical effect of the famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Zhang Qiping’s experience prescription in the treatment of laryngeal cough,and to summarize the experience.Methods A total of 98 patients with laryngeal cough who were treated in Tai’an Maternal and Child Health Hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were selected and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 49 cases in each group.The control group was treated with cefradine and cetirizine hydrochloride,and the observation group was treated with Runyan Zhisou decoction on the basis of the control group.The total effective rate and the time of clinical symptoms disappeared between the two groups were compared,the TCM syndrome scores and the quality of life measurement scale(QOL-BREF)scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were compared,and the occurrence of adverse reactions between the two groups was counted.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the disappearance time of cough,pharyngeal foreign body sensation and pharyngeal itch of the observation group were shorter than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the QOL-BREF score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Runyan Zhisou decoction to treat patients with laryngeal cough can reduce clinical symptoms and improve the quality of life.
