国医大师伍炳彩祛湿活血散治疗慢性重型肝炎的临床研究

摘　　要：目的研究国医大师伍炳彩运用祛湿活血散治疗慢性重型肝炎的临床效果。方法选取南康中医院肝病科2020年1月—2021年6月收治的60例慢性重型肝炎住院患者作为研究对象,随机分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组采用常规治疗,观察组采用活血祛湿散联合常规治疗的方法,比较2组治疗前后的中医症状(黄染、纳差、乏力及腹胀)积分、肝功能(ALT、AST及TB)及凝血功能(APTT、PT及INR)情况及临床疗效。结果治疗前2组中医症状积分、肝功能及凝血功能比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后2组中医症状积分、肝功能及凝血功能均较治疗前改善,且观察组改善优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于对照组的76.67%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性重型肝炎患者采用祛湿活血散治疗,可减轻患者临床症状,阻断肝细胞坏死、促进肝细胞再生,改善患者肝功能及凝血功能,临床疗效显著。Objective To study the clinical effect of Master of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)Wu Bingcai in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis with Qushi Huoxue powder.Methods A total of 60 inpatients with chronic severe hepatitis admitted to Nankang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment.The observation group received Huoxue Qushi powder combined with conventional treatment.Anorexia,fatigue and abdominal distension scores,liver function(ALT,AST and TB)and blood coagulation function(APTT,PT and INR)index changes and clinical effect was compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in TCM syndrome score,liver function and coagulation function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome score,liver function and coagulation function of the two groups were improved compared to before treatment,and the improvement of the observation group was better than that before treatment.In the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(93.33%,28/30)was higher than that of the control group(76.67%,23/30),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Qushi Huoxue powder in the treatment of chronic severe hepatitis can alleviate the clinical syndrome,block hepatocyte necrosis,promote hepatocyte regeneration,and improve the liver function and blood coagulation function of the patient.The clinical effect is significant.
