和中降逆法配合穴位埋针治疗小儿呕吐临床观察

摘　　要：目的分析和中降逆法配合穴位埋针治疗小儿呕吐的临床效果。方法采用分层随机法将2020年2月—2021年2月江西省婺源县中医院收治的82例小儿呕吐患儿分为对照组和治疗组,每组41例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上采用四磨汤治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用和中降逆法配合穴位埋针治疗,对比2组的中医证候积分、治疗起效时间、疗效、不良反应发生率。结果治疗前,2组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组中医证候积分均降低,且治疗组的中医证候积分及治疗起效时间均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗总有效率为95.12%(39/41),高于对照组的75.61%(31/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组食欲减退、腹痛腹胀、便秘等不良反应的总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论和中降逆法配合穴位埋针治疗小儿呕吐,可有效缓解症状,使生命体征恢复正常,安全性可靠,值得推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of regulating stomach for lowering adverse qi method combined with acupoint embedding in the treatment of infantile vomiting.Methods Using a stratified random method,82 cases of infantile vomiting patients in Wuyuan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2020 to February 2021 were divided into a control group and a treatment group.The control group was treated with Simo decoction on the basis of conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with regulating stomach for lowering adverse qi method combined with acupoint embedding on the basis of conventional treatment.The traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score,treatment onset time,curative effect and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were decreased,and the TCM syndrome scores and treatment onset time of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95.12%(39/41),which was higher than 75.61%(31/41)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions such as appetite loss,abdominal pain,abdominal distension and constipation between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The regulating stomach for lowering adverse qi method combined with acupoint embedding in the treatment of infantile vomiting can effectively control symptoms and restore vital signs to normal.It is safe and reliable,and it is worthy of promotion.
