通管汤灌肠联合补肾调经汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨通管汤灌肠联合补肾调经汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症的效果。方法选取2019年1月—2020年12月营口市中医院接收的92例多囊卵巢综合征不孕症患者为研究对象,将患者随机分为对照组(46例)和观察组(46例)。对照组行常规西药治疗,观察组用通管汤灌肠联合补肾调经汤进行治疗。比较2组患者的卵巢功能、性激素水平及治疗效果。结果对照组治疗总有效率为95.65%(44/46),高于对照组的76.09%(35/46),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组直径2~8 mm的卵泡数量更少,卵巢体积更小,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后,与对照组比较,观察组睾酮(T)、雌二醇(E_(2))和血清促黄体生成素(LH)水平均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用通管汤灌肠联合补肾调经汤治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕症,效果显著,能有效缓解患者病情,改善卵巢功能,调节性激素水平,促使患者受孕。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Tongguan decoction enema and Bushen Tiaojing decoction in the treatment of infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods A total of 92 infertility patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to Yingkou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2019 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group(46 cases)and observation group(46 cases).The control group was treated with conventional western medicine,while the observation group was treated with Tongguan decoction enema combined with Bushen Tiaojing decoction.The ovarian function,sex hormone level and treatment effect were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 95.65%(44/46),which was higher than 76.09%(35/46)of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the number of follicles with a diameter of 2-8 mm in the observation group was less,the ovarian volume was smaller,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,compared with the control group,the levels of testosterone(T),estradiol(E2)and serum luteinizing hormone(LH)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Completion The combined treatment of Tongguan decoction enema and Bushen Tiaojing decoction for patients with polycystic ovary syndrome infertility has significant effects.It can effectively alleviate the patient’s condition,improve ovarian function,and decrease the level of sex hormones,promote the patient’s conception.
