穴位敷贴与改良五禽戏对骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者的影响

摘　　要：目的观察穴位敷贴与改良五禽戏对骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者腰椎骨密度、疼痛程度、生活质量的影响。方法选取2018年3月—2020年2月南昌市洪都中医院接收的86例骨质疏松性椎体骨折患者作为研究对象,并采用双盲法将其分为常规组和研究组,各43例。常规组采用常规治疗与护理,而研究组在常规组的基础上采用穴位敷贴与改良五禽戏,对患者进行半年随访,比较2组治疗前、治疗3个月和6个月的腰椎骨密度、疼痛程度、生活质量。结果治疗3个月和6个月,研究组的腰椎骨密度均明显高于治疗前和常规组(P<0.05);同时,研究组的视觉模拟评分(VAS)均低于治疗前和常规组,其生活质量(GQOL-74)评分均高于治疗前和常规组(P<0.05)。结论治疗骨质疏松性椎体骨折采用穴位敷贴与改良五禽戏,能有效提高患者的腰椎骨密度,减轻疼痛,并改善生活质量。Objective To observe the effects of acupoint application and improved Wuqinxi on lumbar vertebra bone density,pain degree and quality of life in patients with osteoporotic vertebral fracture.Methods From March 2018 to February 2020,86 patients with osteoporotic vertebral fracture in Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into conventional group and study group by double-blind method,with 43 cases in each group.The conventional group was treated with conventional treatment and nursing,while the study group was treated with acupoint application and improved Wuqinxi on the basis of the conventional group.The patients were followed up for half a year to compare the lumbar vertebra bone density,pain degree and quality of life in the two groups before treatment,3 months and 6 months after treatment.Results After 3 and 6 months of treatment,the bone density of lumbar vertebra in the study group was significantly higher than that in the conventional group(P<0.05).Meanwhile,the pain(VAS)score of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group,and the quality of life(GQOL-74)score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint application and modified Wuqunxi can effectively increase the bone density of the lumbar vertebra,relieve pain and improve the quality of life in osteoporotic vertebral fracture.
