腕踝针在三叉神经微血管减压术后疼痛护理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的观察腕踝针在三叉神经微血管减压术后疼痛护理中的应用。方法选取2020年1月—2020年12月云南省中医院耳鼻喉科收治的60例三叉神经痛并接受微血管减压术的患者为研究对象,随机分为2组(观察组和对照组),每组30例。对照组采用常规疼痛干预措施,观察组在对照组的基础上予腕踝针进行护理干预。腕踝针治疗时间为术后6 h、12 h、1 d、2 d、3 d、4 d、5 d,每次留针40 min,7次为1个疗程,连续治疗1个疗程。比较2组护理后的视觉模拟评分(VAS)及镇痛总有效率。结果观察组术后VAS评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组镇痛总有效率达93.3%(28/30),明显高于对照组的73.3%(22/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在三叉神经微血管减压术后护理中采用腕踝针进行干预,可以有效缓解疼痛,不良反应少,值得推广应用及进行深层次研究。Objective To observe the application of wrist-ankle acupuncture in pain nursing after microvascular decompression of trigeminal nerve.Methods 40 patients with trigeminal microvascular decompression in Yunnan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2020 to December 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The control group received routine pain intervention.In addition to the control group,the study group was given wrist-ankle acupuncture for nursing intervention.The treatment time was 6h,12h,1d,2d,3d,4d,7d after the operation,each time the needle was retained for 40 minutes,7 times was a course of treatment,and one course of treatment was continuous.40 minutes after each wrist-ankle needle operation,the pain on the operation side was assessed by visual analogue scale VAS score.Results The VAS score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of analgesia in the observation group was 93.3%(28/30),which was significantly higher than 73.3%(22/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Wrist-ankle needle intervention in nursing after microvascular decompression of trigeminal nerve can effectively relieve pain symptoms with few adverse reactions,which is worthy of popularization and application and in-depth research.
