摘　　要：低频电是指频率低于1000 Hz的交流电,是一种常见的物理疗法。其电流小、电解作用弱,对感觉和运动神经都有较强的刺激作用,能够兴奋肌肉组织、镇痛和促进局部血液循环,且临床疗效好、安全性高、无创伤,得到临床广泛认可和应用,特别是在神经系统、运动系统及胃肠道等疾病的治疗中效果显著。文章旨在对低频电疗法在临床常见疾病的应用进行综述。Low-frequency electricity referred to alternating current with a frequency lower than 1000 Hz.It was a common physical therapy,which had a small current and weak electrolysis.It had a strong stimulating effect on sensory and motor nerves.It can excite muscle tissue,relieved pain and promoted local blood circulation.Moreover,it had good clinical efficacy,high safety,and non-invasiveness,which had been widely recognized and used in clinical practice,especially in the treatment of diseases of the nervous system,motor system and gastrointestinal diseases.The purpose of this paper was to review the application of low frequency electrotherapy in common clinical diseases.
