摘　　要：痰液是一些严重呼吸系统疾病迁延难愈的主要原因之一。了解痰液分泌的细胞与分子机制对于呼吸系统疾病的治疗具有重要意义。文章从痰液的高液体和大分子两大特性入手,对痰液分泌的细胞与分子机制及中医药防治痰液分泌的相关研究进行综述,发现丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)是参与调节痰液质与量的主要通路,中医药对痰液的分泌具有较好的抑制作用,部分涉及MAPK信号通路。MAPK信号通路可能是今后研究中医药防治痰液分泌机制的关键点。Sputum was one of the main reasons for the delay of some severe respiratory diseases. Understanding the cellular and molecular mechanisms of sputum secretion plays an important role in the treatment of respiratory diseases. In this paper, we reviewed the cellular and molecular mechanisms of sputum secretion and the prevention and treatment of sputum secretion by traditional Chinese medicine based on its high liquid and macromolecular properties. We found that mitogen activated protein kinase(MAPK) is the main pathway involved in regulating the quality and quantity of sputum, and traditional Chinese medicine has a good inhibitory effect on sputum secretion, part of which is involved in MAPK signaling pathway. MAPK signaling pathway may be the key point in the future research on the mechanism of prevention and treatment of sputum secretion by traditional Chinese medicine.
