摘 要:在现有的眼科医学检测系统中,眼底相机应用较为广泛,但受到复杂背景、人脸面光反射、镜片反射和折射等因素的影响,眼底相机的对焦常会出现一定程度的偏差。为此,提出了基于Gabor变换的瞳孔定位自动校准方法,利用二值化、灰度化等方法对图像进行预处理,以消除噪声和背景光照等因素的影响。使用FRGC 1.0数据库进行实验,以验证算法的性能。实验结果表明,采用本算法检测到的瞳孔位置非常接近于人工标记的瞳孔位置。In the existing ophthalmic medical detection system,fundus camera is widely used,but due to the influence of complex background,face light reflection,lens reflection and refraction and other factors,the focusing of fundus camera has a certain degree of deviation.To solve this problem,an automatic calibration method of pupil location based on Gabor transform is proposed.Binarization,grayscale and other methods are used to preprocess the image to eliminate the influence of noise,background illumination and other factors on the subsequent processing.The performance of the proposed automatic pupil location technology is verified by using FRGC 1.0 database.The verification shows that the pupil position detected by this algorithm is very close to the manually marked pupil position.
