摘 要:单宁酸改性再生骨料时会产生废液,为了研究废液作拌合水对砂浆性能的影响,用不同质量分数的TA废液制备砂浆,分别对硬化砂浆试件的抗压强度、氯离子渗透性、钢筋抗锈蚀性以及孔结构等性能进行测试。实验结果表明:加入废液后,砂浆试块早期抗压强度略微降低,但后期抗压强度增大;废液的加入降低了砂浆试块的孔隙率,提高了砂浆试件的抗氯离子渗透能力和钢筋抗锈蚀水平。Tannic acid modification of recycled aggregates produces waste liquid.In order to study the effect of waste liquid as mixing water on mortar properties,five groups of mortars with mass concentrations of 0 TA(Control),0.1%TA,0.3%TA,0.5%TA,1.0%TA are prepared and tested for hardened mortar compressive strength,as well as 28d specimens for chloride ion penetration and steel corrosion.And the pore structure of mortar is tested by mercury pressure method.The experimental results show that the compressive strength of mortar slightly decreases in the early stage after the addition of waste solution,but increases in the later stage.The addition of waste solution reduces the porosity of mortar,which improves the resistance to chloride ion penetration and the level of resistance to steel corrosion.
