摘  要:随着我国电子行业兴起,氢氟酸需求量不断增加,所产生废液也不断增加,废液中的有毒有害的物质种类多、成分也及其复杂,增加处理难度的同时对环境危害性大。若处置不当会造成氟污染,造成氟资源浪费。本文着重概述了利用电子行业所产生的含氟废液资源化制备氢氟酸和氟硼酸的典型处理工艺和最新的技术进展,并对含氟废液的处理处置技术工艺进行了展望。With the rise of Chinese electronics industry, the demand for hydrofluoric acid continues to increase, and the generated waste liquid is also increasing, there are many kinds of toxic and harmful substances and complex components in the waste liquid, which not only increase the difficulty of treatment, but also do great harm to the environment.Improper disposal will cause fluorine pollution and waste of fluorine resources.The typical treatment process and the latest technical progress of the resource preparation of hydrofluoric acid and fluoroboric acid from fluorine-containing waste liquid produced in the electronic industry were mainly summarized, and the treatment and disposal technology of fluorine-containing waste liquid were put forward.
