摘  要:使用P507萃取剂萃取回收镍钴锰,考察了离心萃取机与箱式萃取槽平衡时间、相比和含油量的差异。萃取剂选用20%P507+80%磺化煤油,皂化率为60%,萃取级数为五级时,发现箱式萃取槽所需的平衡时间是离心萃取机的6倍,萃取率达到99.5%时,离心萃取机所需的相比(V_(O)/V_(A))=3,萃余液含油量为25.2 mg/L;箱式萃取槽的相比(V_(O)/V_(A))=5,萃余液的含油量为62.2 mg/L,离心萃取机较箱式萃取槽有更短的平衡时间、更小的油料比和耗油量,在萃取回收镍钴锰领域具有良好的工业应用前景。Nickel,cobalt and manganese were extracted and recovered using P507 extractant,and the differences in equilibrium time,comparison and oil content between the centrifugal extractor and the box extraction tank were investigated.The extraction agent was 20%P507+80%sulfonated kerosene,the saponification rate was 60%,and when the extraction stage was five,it was found that the equilibrium time required for the box extraction tank was 6 times that of the centrifugal extraction machine,and the extraction rate reached 99.5%.At the time,the required phase rate of the centrifugal extractor was 3,and the oil content of the raffinate was 25.2 mg/L,the phase rate of the box-type extraction tank was 5,and the oil content of the raffinate was 62.2 mg/L.The box-type extraction tank had a shorter equilibrium time,a smaller oil-to-fuel ratio and oil consumption,and had a good industrial application prospect in the field of extraction and recovery of nickel,cobalt and manganese.
