摘  要:在聚丙烯上接枝马来酸酐,改善其与极性聚合物、金属等相容性,其接枝产物应用广泛。采取反应挤出的接枝方法,通过反应式双螺杆挤出机组,研究螺杆的转速、反应的温度、引发剂的多少、第三单体苯乙烯的用量以及马来酸酐含量分别对PP-g-MAH接枝率的影响,最终确认,在螺杆转速在230 rpm,反应温度为200℃,DCP份量为0.2%,苯乙烯份量为1.5%,马来酸酐份量为2%时,接枝率相对较佳。Maleic anhydride is grafted onto polypropylene to improve its compatibility with polar polymers, metals, etc.The graft products are widely used.The grafting method of reactive extrusion was adopted to study the effects of screw speed, reaction temperature, amount of initiator, amount of styrene and maleic anhydride content of the third monomer on PP-g-MAH grafting rate through a reactive twin-screw extruder.Finally, it was confirmed that when the screw speed was 230 rpm, reaction temperature was 200 ℃,DCP content was 0.2%,styrene content was 1.5%,and maleic anhydride content was 2%,the grafting rate was relatively better.
