摘 要:提出了一种间二氯苯水解制备间苯二酚的新方法。实验以间二氯苯为原料,氧化亚铜为催化剂,在弱酸性体系和高温高压条件下水解制备间苯二酚。系统研究了催化剂种类、反应体系pH、反应温度、催化剂用量、反应时间等因素对反应收率的影响,获得最优的实验参数。并通过分析仪器对产物结构进行了定性分析。在最优实验参数下,原料转化率和产物收率和选择性均高于目前发表的实验结果,并进一步比较了几种间苯二酚合成工艺,本工艺具有很高的工业化应用价值。A new method for preparing resorcinol by hydrolysis of m-DCB was proposed.Resorcinol was prepared by hydrolysis of m-DCB in weak acidic system under high temperature and high pressure with cuprous oxide as catalyst. The effects of catalyst type, reaction system pH,reaction temperature, catalyst dosage and reaction time on the reaction yield were systematically studied, and the optimal experimental parameters were obtained.The structure of the product was qualitatively analyzed by analytical instrument.Under the optimal experimental parameters, the raw material conversion, product yield and selectivity were higher than the published experimental results.Several resorcinol synthesis processes were further compared.This process had high industrial application value.
