摘  要:以金属化率为指标,考察氧化时间、氧化温度、配碳量、还原时间、还原温度、添加剂种类、添加剂加量对低硅钛精矿的影响,研究表明低硅钛精矿最佳氧化还原工艺参数为:氧化温度为900℃,还原温度为1350℃,配碳量为15%,还原时间为8 h,还原剂种类为无烟煤,添加剂种类为铁粉,添加剂用量为1%。在经过氧化还原工序后,钛精矿金属化率可达到90%以上,能较好地实现钛、铁分离。The metallization rate was used as an indicator to investigate the influence of oxidation time, oxidation temperature, carbon content, reduction time, reduction temperature, additive type, and additive amount on low-silicon titanium concentrate.Results showed that the optimal oxidation-reduction process parameters of low-silicon titanium concentrate were as follows: oxidation temperature was 900 ℃,reduction temperature was 1350 ℃,carbon content was 15%,reduction time was 8 h, reducing agent was anthracite, and additive was iron powder, the amount of additive was 1%.After the oxidation-reduction process, the metallization rate of titanium concentrate can reach over 90%,which can realize the separation of titanium and iron.
