摘 要:目的:探索新疆地区膳食模式对中老年人群肌肉减少症的影响因素及相关性,为肌肉减少症患者制定合理的饮食搭配提供参考。方法:于2021年5-9月新疆某三甲医院呼吸科门诊及住院部作为数据收集点,采取目的抽样法选取中老年人群310例作为调查对象,进行问卷调查、体格检查2部分,通过主成分分析(PCA)方法探讨新疆地区中老年人群的膳食模式,并应用非条件Logistic回归模型分析不同膳食模式对肌肉减少症患者的影响。结果:本研究310人中肌肉减少症81例,患病率26%;研究对象的性别、年龄段、民族、身体质量指数、文化教育程度、是否吸烟等方面的分布差异具有统计学意义;本研究因子分析获取9种膳食模式,累计因子贡献率达70.824%。校正变量中的混杂因素后,肌肉减少症的保护因素分别为:坚果类膳食模式(OR值0.384,95%CI:0.113~1.306)、乳制品(OR值0.395,95%CI:0.158~0.986;OR值0.728,95%CI:0.314~1.687;OR值0.291,95%CI:0.114~0.742)、其他乳制品膳食模式(OR值0.291,95%CI:0.113~1.306)。酒膳食模式是肌肉减少症的危险因素(OR值3.399,95%CI:1.164~9.925),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:新疆地区人群中坚果膳食模式、乳制品膳食模式与肌肉减少症的发病呈负相关是保护因素;酒膳食模式与肌肉减少症发病呈正相关是危险因素;因此,未来应加大对患者的宣教因地制宜地调整膳食结构和饮食习惯,延缓肌肉减少症的发生。【Objective】 To explore the factors and correlations of dietary patterns on sarcopenia in middle-aged and elderly populations in Xinjiang,and to provide reference for developing reasonable dietary combinations for patients with sarcopenia.【Method】 From May 2021 to September 2021,the respiratory outpatient and inpatient departments of a tertiary care hospital in Xinjiang were used as data collection sites,and 310 cases of middle-aged and elderly people were selected as the subjects by purposive sampling method,and 2 parts of questionnaire and physical examination were conducted by cross-sectional survey method,and the dietary patterns of middle-aged and elderly people in Xinjiang were explored by principal component analysis(PCA)method,and unconditional Logistic regression model was applied to analyze the effects of different dietary patterns on patients with sarcopenia.【Result】 There were 81 cases of sarcopenia among 310 people in this survey,with a prevalence of 26%.The differences in the distribution of the study subjects in terms of gender,age group,ethnicity,body mass index,education level,and whether they smoked were statistically significant.Totally nine dietary patterns were obtained for this factor analysis,with a cumulative factor contribution of 70.824%.After correcting for confounders in the variables,the protective factors for sarcopenia were nut-based dietary pattern(OR 0.384,95%CI:0.113-1.306)dairy products(OR 0.395,95%CI:0.158-0.986;OR 0.728,95%CI:0.314-1.687;OR 0.291,95%CI:0.114-0.742),and other dairy dietary patterns(OR 0.291,95%CI:0.113-1.306).Alcohol dietary pattern was a risk factor for sarcopenia(OR 3.399,95%CI:1.164-9.925),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).【Conclusion】 Dietary patterns of nuts and dairy products were negatively associated with the onset of sarcopenia as protective factors.Dietary patterns of alcohol were positively associated with the onset of sarcopenia as risk factors in the population of Xinjiang.Therefore,in the future,we should incr
