摘  要:目的:探讨西洋参对平原移居高原大鼠子代心脏的作用机制。方法:将8只Wistar大鼠(6只雌性,2只雄性)从低海拔运输至海拔3658 m的高原,按雌雄比3:1随机分为西洋参组和高原低氧组,待母鼠生育子鼠后,比较两组子鼠6个月内体重、心脏脏器系数、血压、血清心肌酶及心脏HE染色切片。结果:子鼠出生第1天西洋参组心脏重量比高原低氧组重,子鼠出生第1个月西洋参组收缩压比高原低氧组低,子鼠出生第6个月西洋参组收缩压和心率比高原低氧组低。西洋参组心肌酶cTn-Ⅰ比高原低氧组低。HE染色发现西洋参组与高原低氧组比较心脏缺氧病变有所改善。结论:西洋参对移居高原大鼠子代有改善心肌缺氧损伤的作用。Objective:To investigate the effect of Panax quinquefolium on the heart of filial generation of rats migrated from plain to high altitude.Methods:Eight Wistar rats(6 females and 2 males)were transported from low altitude to high altitude of 3658 meters above sea level.They were randomly divided into low oxygen group and Panax quinquefolium group according to the sex ratio of 3:1.The body weight,heart index,blood pressure,serum myocardial enzymes and HE stained sections of heart were compared between the two groups within 6 months,af⁃ter the mother mouse gives birth to the filial generation.Results:The heart weight of Panax quinquefolium group was heavier than that of high altitude low oxygen group on the first day of birth,the systolic blood pressure of Panax quinquefolium group was lower than that of high altitude low oxygen group in the first month of birth,and the systolic blood pressure and heart rate of Panax quinquefolium group was lower than that of high altitude low oxygen group in the sixth month of birth.The myocardial enzyme CTN-Ⅰin Panax quinquefolium group was lower than that in high altitude hypoxia.HE staining showed that compared with high altitude low oxygen group,the hypoxic lesion of heart in Panax quinquefolium group was improved.Conclusion:Panax quinquefolium has the effect of improving myocardial hypoxia in the filial generation of rats migrated from plain to high altitude.
