摘 要:为优化磁选柱结构,研究了变径磁选柱结构因素对磁性矿物选别效果的影响。通过优化变径磁选柱的线圈位置、线圈间距以及给矿点位置等,确定了用于磁性矿物选别的适宜结构参数,并对比了普通磁选柱和变径磁选柱精选磁铁矿的效果。结果表明,变径磁选柱线圈位置和线圈间距对精矿品位和回收率影响较大,给矿点位置对尾矿品位影响更为明显。实际矿样磁选试验结果表明,相比于普通磁选柱,结构参数优化后的变径磁选柱精矿回收率提高了2.01个百分点、精矿品位提高了0.86个百分点,尾矿品位则由22.17%降至14.20%,表明变径磁选柱上部分选筒内径变大有利于细粒级磁性颗粒的回收。To optimize the structure of magnetic separation column,the influence of structural factors of variable⁃diameter magnetic separation column on the separation effect of magnetic minerals was investigated.The optimal conditions for magnetic minerals′separation were determined by optimizing the coil position of the variable⁃diameter column,the coil spacing and the position of feeding points,and the magnetic separation effect of classical magnetic separation column and variable⁃diameter column for magnetite were compared.The test results show that the coil position and coil spacing have a greater impact on the grade and recovery of concentrates,while the feed position has a more obvious effect on the grade of tailings.The results of processing actual ore sample show that compared to the classical magnetic separation column,the variable⁃diameter magnetic separation column with optimal structural parameters can increase the concentrate recovery and the grade by 2.01 percentage points and 0.86 percentage point,respectively,and also lead to the grade of tailings reduced from 22.17%to 14.20%,indicating that increasing the inner diameter of the upper section of the variable⁃diameter magnetic separation column can be conducive to recovering fine magnetic particles.
