摘 要:采用室温拉伸和弯曲试验研究了时效时间对2种不同成分Al⁃Mg⁃Si合金弯曲性能的影响规律,并采用扫描电镜、透射电镜等手段从微观组织角度揭示了其相关机理。结果表明,失稳伸长率(断后伸长率与均匀伸长率的差值)越大,合金弯曲性能越好;随着时效时间从2 h增加至10 h,晶界析出相数量减少、间距增加,2种合金的弯曲性能均逐渐提高,弯曲角分别从90.8°、79.0°增加至104.5°、102.5°;Si含量较高的合金(Mg含量0.756%、Si含量0.796%,质量分数)中,Si原子容易在晶界处偏聚形成较多的富Si相和Si单质,从而降低材料的弯曲性能。The effect of aging time on the bendability of two kinds of Al⁃Mg⁃Si alloys with different compositions was investigated by room⁃temperature tensile test and bending test,and corresponding mechanism in terms of microstructure was revealed by using scanning electron microscope and transmission electron microscope.The results show that the greater the elongation after necking(difference between the total elongation and the uniform elongation),the better the bendability of the alloy.With aging time increasing from 2 h to 10 h,the number of grain⁃boundary precipitates decreases while the spacing increases.The bendability of those two alloys is gradually improved,and the bending angle is increased from 90.8°and 79.0°to 104.5°and 102.5°respectively.It is shown that in the alloys with higher Si content(Mg content of 0.756wt%,Si content of 0.796wt%),Si atoms tend to segregate at the grain boundaries to form more Si⁃rich phases and Si precipitates,resulting in deterioration of bendability of the material.
