摘  要:为综合分析掺加铁尾矿砂水泥稳定碎石混合料路用性能的影响因素,文中对不同铁尾矿砂掺量(0%、5%、10%、15%、20%、25%)及不同成型方式(静压成型、振动成型)的水泥稳定碎石混合料强度、水稳定性、抗冻性、耐疲劳性能进行室内试验研究,并采用傅里叶红外光谱(FTIR)和X衍射技术(XRD)研究其机理.结果表明:铁尾矿砂的加入能够提高水泥稳定碎石混合料的无侧限抗压强度、间接拉伸强度、水稳定性、抗冻性,当铁尾矿砂用量为10%时,水泥稳定碎石混合料的强度、水稳定性、抗冻性达到最大值,超过该值时,混合料的强度、水稳定性、抗冻性随掺量的增加反而降低.当铁尾矿砂掺量为5%时,水泥稳定碎石混合料的疲劳性能达到最佳.振动成型方式制备试样较静压成型有更高的强度、水稳定性及抗冻性,但耐疲劳性能有所降低,水泥稳定碎石混合料中添加铁尾矿砂后,试样的吸收峰、振动峰及衍射峰位置几乎相同,采用振动成型时混合料的峰强度更明显.In order to comprehensively analyze the influencing factors of the road performance of cement stabilized macadam mixture with iron tailings, the strength, water stability, frost resistance and fatigue resistance of cement stabilized macadam mixture with different iron tailings contents(0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% and 25%) and different molding methods(static pressure molding and vibration molding) were studied in laboratory, and Fourier infrared spectroscopy was used. The results show that the addition of iron tailings can improve the unconfined compressive strength, indirect tensile strength, water stability and frost resistance of cement stabilized macadam mixture. When the content of iron tailing sand is 10%, the strength, water stability and frost resistance of cement stabilized macadam mixture reach the maximum value. When it exceeds this value, the strength, water stability and frost resistance of the mixture decrease with the increase of the content. When the content of iron tailings sand is 5%, the fatigue performance of cement stabilized macadam mixture reaches the best. Compared with static pressure molding, the samples prepared by vibration molding have higher strength, water stability and frost resistance, but lower fatigue resistance. After adding iron tailings to cement stabilized macadam mixture, the absorption peak, vibration peak and diffraction peak of the sample are almost the same, and the peak strength of the mixture is more obvious when vibration molding is used.
