摘 要:原油顺序输送工艺在我国得到了广泛应用,但顺序输送过程中不可避免地出现混油。分析了影响顺序输送工艺混油量的6个因素,介绍了混油量计算的经验公式、混油界面跟踪预测的计算方法以及基于密度检测和记号物质检测的混油界面检测方法。区分管输原油的货权归属,讨论了混油段的切割方案。最后全面地总结了减少顺序输送混油量的措施,探讨了混油和生产经营相关的若干问题,为顺序输送管道企业提供借鉴。The crude oil batch transportation process has been widely used in China, but oil mixing inevitably occurs during the batch transportation. In this paper, the six factors affecting the oil mixing amount in the batch transportation process were analyzed, the empirical formula for calculating the mixing oil amount were introduced,as well as the calculation method for the tracking and prediction of the mixing oil interface, and the detection method for the oil mixing interface based on the density detection and the detection of the marker substance. Under the condition of distinguishing the ownership of the crude oil in pipeline transportation, the cutting plan of the mixed oil section was discussed. Finally, comprehensive measures to reduce the amount of mixed oil in batch transportation were summarized. Several issues related to oil mixing and production and operation were discussed in an all-round way,providing reference for sequential pipeline enterprises.
