摘　　要：大学治理效能决定了大学治理向现代化递进的成色,其有效性需要在权力—权利的双边互动关系中呈现。中国大学治理呈现由权力本位向权利本位转变的趋势,且治理成效显著。在权力逻辑中,由于大学权力精英治理事实与民主参与价值之间的疏离,需要廓清各行动者权力的边界。在权利逻辑中,大学治理要切实保障利益相关者权利,将这一旨趣确立为界定与规范大学治理的核心机制。基于此种认识,大学治理必须坚持满足人民对高质量教育的需求,以利益相关者权利确立大学治理的根基、以法治凝聚大学治理的共识、以集体行动创造大学治理动力、以质量文化提供大学治理支撑,由此确立大学治理现代化的基点,提升大学治理效能。The efficiency of university governance determines the quality of university governance’s moving towards modernization, and its effectiveness needs to be presented in the bilateral interaction between power and right. China’ s university governance shows a trend of changing from power standard to right standard, and the governance effect is remarkable. In power logic, due to the alienation between the fact of elite governance of university power and the value of democratic participation, it is necessary to clarify the power boundary of various actors. In the logic of rights, university governance should effectively protect the rights of stakeholders, and establish this purport as the core mechanism to define and standardize university governance. Based on this understanding, university governance must adhere to meeting the people’s needs for high-quality education, establish the foundation of university governance with the rights of stakeholders, condense the consensus of university governance with the rule of law, create the power of university governance with collective action, and provide the support of university governance with quality culture, so as to establish the cardinal point of university governance modernization and improve the efficiency of university governance.
