摘  要:水电智慧化建设中智慧化度评估是水电智慧化建设的必要组成。智慧化度评估体系和方法需要与时俱进的可持续性发展。本文提出一种基于“流和流域”的智慧域定义,给出了智慧域中人脑型智慧子域和机器智慧子域的概念;同时探讨了智慧化发展中基于人脑型智慧子域和机器智慧子域的相互关系和智慧化的基本发展方向;给出了智慧化建设中基于“双域”模式的智慧化度评估的基本策略。Smartization degree evaluation is an indispensable part for hydropower construction.The architecture and method of the evaluation is expected to be sustainable.A definition of smartization domain based on flow and flowing region was proposed.concepts of human-brain typed and machine typed smartization sub-domains were presented.The relationship between the two sub-domains and development trend for smartization in hydropower was investigated.the basic strategies for evaluating the smartization degree based on dual-domain model were proposed.
