摘  要:冀谷43是河北省农林科学院谷子研究所采用专利技术通过有性杂交方法育成的非转基因优质抗除草剂谷子新品种,兼抗烯禾啶、烟嘧磺隆和咪唑啉酮除草剂。总结了冀谷43的选育过程,并对其进行耐药性测定试验和除草剂剂量试验。试验结果表明,冀谷43对烟嘧磺隆表现出高耐药性。该研究为谷子抗除草剂育种及安全、高效地应用烟嘧磺隆进行谷田杂草防控提供理论依据。Jigu 43 was a new non-transgenic high quality herbicide resistant millet variety developed by Institute of Millet Crops,Hebei Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences through sexual hybridization,which was also resistant to dimethoprim,nicosulfuron and imidazolinone herbicides.Breeding process of Jigu 43 was summarized,and its drug resistance test and herbicide dosage test were carried out.Results showed that Jigu 43 showed high resistance to nicosulfuron.This study could provide a theoretical basis for breeding of millet for herbicide resistance and safe and efficient application of nicosulfuron in the control of weeds in grain fields.
