摘  要:安防镜头是停车场安防监控系统的重要组成部分,为了应对停车场安防的复杂环境,设计了一款焦距从18~180 mm的机械变焦镜头。该系统通过机械补偿变焦结构,合理匹配材料并分配光焦度对光学系统进行设计及像质评价,应用动态光学理论与Matlab软件拟合凸轮曲线。通过15片球面透镜,实现波段486~656 nm、F数2.2、视场2.5°~25°,MTF在100 lp/mm时大于0.3,弥散斑半径小于5μm,场曲优于0.04 mm,畸变优于3%。满足停车场监控的实际需求,对类似变焦光学系统设计具有参考价值。The security lens is an important part of the parking lot security monitoring system.In order to deal with the complex environment of the parking lot security,a mechanical zoom lens with a focal length from 18 to 180 mm is de-signed.The system designs and evaluates the image quality of the optical system by mechanically compensating the zoom structure,reasonably matching materials and assigning optical power.And dynamic optical theory and MATLAB software are apllied to fit the cam curve.Through 15 spherical lenses,t he wavelength band is 486~656 nm;t he F number is 2.2;the field of view is 2.5°~25°;MTF is greater than 0.3 at 100 lp/mm,t he radius of the diffuse spot is less than 5μm;t he field curvature is better than 0.04 mm;and the distortion Better than 3%.To meet the actual needs of parking lot monitor-ing,i t has reference value for the design of similar zoom optical system.
