摘 要:通过棱镜-光纤耦合的方法,研究了上转换发光特性。采用高温共沉淀法制备上转换纳米颗粒NaYF_(4):Yb/Er。通过氯仿对所制备的上转换纳米晶进行分散并加入PMMA颗粒得到透明溶胶,进而拉制出掺有上转换纳米颗粒的有机聚合物光纤。将上述光纤固定在镀有50 nm银膜棱镜上,在980 nm激光照射下进行耦合实验并测量满足耦合条件时光纤侧面距离光斑不同位置处及端面处的光谱信息并加以分析。实验结果表明,所制备的上转换纳米颗粒具有良好的上转换发光性能,通过棱镜耦合法激发的表面波可以耦合到所制备的有机光纤的传导模式中,并能激发有机光纤中所参纳米晶的上转换发光效应,为基于光纤的上转换发光效应应用提供了新思路。In this paper,t he up-conversion luminescence characteristics were studied by means of prism-fiber coupling.The upconversion nanoparticles NaYF_(4):Yb/Er were prepared by high temperature co-precipitation method;and the size of nanoparticles was controlled by changing the ratio of oleic acid and 1-octadecene in the preparation process,and character-ized by XRD diffraction.The upconversion nanocrystals prepared were dispersed by chloroform and mixed with PMMA to obtain the transparent sol,and then the organic polymer fiber containing up-conversion nanoparticles was prepared.The optical fiber was fixed on a prism coated with 50 nm silver film;and the coupling experiment was carried out under the ir-radiation of 980 nm laser.The spectral information at different positions and end faces of the optical fiber was measured and analyzed when the coupling conditions were satisfied.The experimental results show that the upconversion nanoparticles prepared in this paper have good upconversion luminescence properties;and the surface waves excited by prism coupling can be coupled to the conduction mode of the prepared organic fiber;and can stimulate the upconversion luminescence effect of the reference nanocrystals in the organic fiber.A new idea was provided for the application of upconversion luminescence effect based on optical fiber.
