摘  要:为解决轮机员适任考试实操训练与评估过程中故障问题不易设置、主观因素影响大等问题,根据轮机员适任考试实操评估要求,融合虚拟现实(VR)和云技术优势,采用B/S架构,运用3DSMax等建模工具,搭建人机交互功能强的船用柴油机故障诊断拆检操作场景。以Visual Studio为开发环境,Ajax为通信手段,综合运用C++程序语言和可扩展标记语言XML,研发柴油机故障诊断拆检在线训练评估系统,从系统的结构设计、仿真场景搭建、评估试题编辑平台开发、基于模糊综合评判的自动评估模块设计等方面详细分析设计开发过程。经过实际试题测试和学员应用,结果表明,该系统具有较好的适用性。In order to solve the problems of the difficulty in fault setting, the influence of subjective factors on the practical train and evaluation of marine engineer’s competency examination, a marine diesel engine fault diagnosis and overhaul simulating operational scene with interactive features was established by employing 3 DSMax and other modeling softwares based on the B/S architecture which takes into account the requirement of the practical operational evaluation, the advantage of virtual reality and cloud technology. Visual Studio was adopted as developing environment, Ajax, C++ and Extensible Markup Language(XML) programming language were comprehensively applied to develop the practically operational training and evaluating system online for marine diesel engine fault diagnosis and overhaul simulating operations. The design and development process of this simulating system was analyzed through the system construction’s design, the simulating scene was modeled, and the compiling platform for evaluating testing items was also developed, the design of automatic judging system was finally set up by using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation approach. It suggests that the system has good applicability after practical titles’ test and student’s application.
