顺序功能图与经验设计法联合编程在PLC控制中的应用

摘　　要：顺序功能图与经验设计法联合使用并编写梯形图程序,实现商场自动门兼具手动控制、自动控制和定时控制运行的复杂控制要求,模拟验证成功。实验表明,顺序功能图与经验设计法的结合使用,不仅可以避免完全使用经验设计法的繁琐,同时也能够使得一些原本不易设计的PLC程序变得简化且易于扩展。Sequential function chart and experience design method are jointly used to write ladder diagram programs to realize the complex control requirements of manual control,automatic control and timing control operation of automatic doors in shopping malls,and the simulation verification is successful.Experiments show that the combination of sequential function chart and experience design method can not only avoid the cumbersome use of experience design method,but also make some PLC programs that are not easy to design become simplified and easy to expand.
