摘　　要：目的了解2020年天津市西青区居民死亡原因,为政府部门制定公共卫生措施提供科学依据。方法分析2020年西青区户籍居民全死因登记资料,通过分析死亡率、死因顺位、去死因期望寿命等指标,研究本区各种主要死因对期望寿命的影响。结果2020年西青区总死亡人数为2501人,粗死亡率为574.00/10万,标化死亡率为313.83/10万;除了1~4岁年龄段粗死亡率为0,其余各年龄段均有死亡病例报告。全区居民前5位死因分别为恶性肿瘤、心脏病、脑血管病、损伤和中毒、呼吸系统疾病。肺癌、肝癌、胃癌、结直肠和肛门癌、乳腺癌是威胁居民生命健康的主要恶性肿瘤类型。去死因期望寿命分析中,剔除心脏病的影响后,女性和男性期望寿命分别增长4.41岁和3.42岁。结论恶性肿瘤、心脏病、脑血管病等慢性非传染性疾病对西青区居民健康造成重大危害,建议多部门联合采取有效的综合防控措施。Objective To understand the death causes of residents in Xiqing District of Tianjin in 2020,and to provide scientific basis for government departments to formulate public health measures.Methods The total cause of death registration data of registered residence residents in Xiqing District in 2020 were analyzed.The impact of various main causes of death on life expectancy was studied by analyzing the indicators such as mortality,sequence of causes of death,and life expectancy without causes of death.Results In 2020,the total number of deaths in Xiqing District was 2501,the crude mortality rate was 574.00/10~5,and the standardized mortality rate was 313.83/10~5;Except that the crude mortality rate in the 1—4 age group was 0,death cases were reported in other age groups.The top 5 causes of death of residents in the region are malignant tumor,heart disease,cerebrovascular disease,injury and poisoning,and respiratory diseases.Lung cancer,liver cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal and anal cancer,and breast cancer are the main types of malignant tumors that threaten the lives and health of residents.In the analysis of life expectancy without cause of death,excluding the impact of heart disease,the life expectancy of women and men increased by 4.41 years and 3.42 years respectively.Conclusion Malignant tumor,heart disease,cerebrovascular disease and other chronic non communicable diseases have caused great harm to the health of residents in Xiqing District.It is suggested that multi departments should jointly take effective comprehensive prevention and control measures.
