摘 要:针对山西某铁矿厂一段球磨指标进行优化试验研究,对矿石进行力学性质测定、球磨机给矿筛分,按照段式球径半理论公式确定初装球推荐方案为m(Φ60):m(Φ50):m(Φ40):m(Φ30)=15:20:25:40,设置现场方案、偏大方案以及偏小方案作为对比。通过磨矿对比试验得出,初装球推荐方案较现场方案相比,+0.10 mm粗粒级别产率下降14.53%,中间可选级别(-0.10+0.020 mm)产率提高22.26%,中间易选级别(-0.074+0.020 mm)产率提高15.72%,-0.020 mm过粉碎率降低7.75%,磨矿技术效率提高29.03%,综合比较推荐方案全面优于现场方案。In view of the optimization test study of the first section of the ball milling index of an iron ore mine in Shanxi,the mechanical properties of the ore were determined,and the ball mill was screened.According to the semi-theoretical formula of section ball diameter,the recommended scheme of the preliminary ball was determined as m(Φ60):m(Φ50):m(Φ40):m(Φ30)=15:20:25:40.The field scheme,the larger scheme and the smaller scheme were set as the comparison.Through the grinding comparison test,it was concluded that compared with the field scheme,the yield of+0.10mm coarse particle grade was reduced by 14.53%and the yield of middle optional grade(-0.10+0.020mm)was increased by 22.26%.The yield of intermediate easy separation grade(-0.074+0.020mm)was increased by 15.72%,the over-grinding rate of-0.020 mm was reduced by 7.75%,and the grinding technical efficiency was increased by 29.03%.
