摘  要:为了提高氧化铜钴矿湿法冶金过程中的铜钴回收率,对浸出、浸出渣洗涤、萃取、除铁锰等工艺过程进行了综合分析,并针对制约铜钴回收率的主要因素,提出了相应的解决方法。实践表明,选择合适的浸出方式、浸出渣洗涤方式,增加低铜萃取段,采用低浓度二氧化硫除铁锰工艺,能显著提高铜钴回收率。In order to improve copper-cobalt recovery rate from copper-cobaltoxide during the hydrometallurgical process,the technological process of acid leaching,CCD,copper SX and FAM removal process are analyzed.Solutions of improving copper-cobalt recovery rate are pointed out according to the main factors which restricting the recovery rate of copper and cobalt.Practice shows the recovery rate of copper and cobalt can be significantly improved by selecting suitable leaching methods,washing methods,setting extra low-grade copper SX process and taking low concentration SO2 gas as FAM removal reagent.
