摘　　要：2021年平台发展规范化成为国家战略,文章对2021年2月国务院反垄断委员会印发的《关于平台经济领域的反垄断指南》、2021年6月发布实施的《中华人民共和国数据安全法》和2021年12月国家发展改革委员会等部门印发的《关于推动平台经济规范健康持续发展的若干意见》等平台经济相关法律法规政策文件进行了解析。根据中国物流与采购联合会物流信息服务平台分会的调查统计,从平台企业构成类型、运输货物品类、营业收入、营业收入构成和注册车辆数等方面对2021年我国平台型物流企业主要经营情况进行了统计分析,数据表明,物流行业平台化转型意愿依然明显,物流平台企业迎来上市机遇,疫情常态化趋势下超过半数企业均对2022年度营业收入、利润率及货运量有较为乐观的增长预期,增长率在0-20%之间,网络货运平台发展迅速。2022年中国物流信息服务平台的发展特点为:多式联运平台建设将助力行业绿色高效发展、物流平台领域标准化体系将逐步完善、产融结合的产业新生态将逐步建立、平台内经营者及从业人员合法权益将受到广泛关注。This paper reviews the development of China’s logistics information service platform in 2021. In 2021, the standardization of platform development will become a national strategy In June 2021, the data security law of the People’s Republic of China was issued and implemented, and in December 2021, the National Development and Reform Commission and other departments issued the Several Opinions on Promoting the Standardized, Healthy and Sustainable Development of the Platform Economy and other relevant laws, regulations and policy documents on the platform economy. According to the survey and statistics of the Logistics Information Service Platform Branch of the China Federation of Logistics and Procurement, the main operations of China’s platform based logistics enterprises in 2021 were statistically analyzed in terms of the type of platform enterprises, types of goods transported, operating revenue, composition of operating revenue, and number of registered vehicles. The data shows that the logistics industry is still willing to transform into a platform, and the logistics platform enterprises are facing the opportunity of listing, Under the trend of normalization of the epidemic situation, more than half of the enterprises have optimistic growth expectations for the operating income, profit margin and freight volume in 2022.The growth rate will be 0-20%, and the network freight platformis developing rapidly. The development characteristics of China’s logistics information service platform in 2022 are as follows: the construction of multimodal transport platform will help the green and efficient development of the industry, the standardization system in the field of logistics platform will be gradually improved, the new industrial ecology of integration of industry and finance will be gradually established, and the legal rights and interests of operators and practitioners in the platform will receive extensive attention.
