摘 要:从“用户思维”这一角度切入,围绕当代大学生的需求与感知,分析当前高校双创教育的现状,针对性地提出改进意见,将有助于改善当前高校创新创业人才培养状况。在此背景下,基于ACSI模型构建高校创新创业服务满意度模型,分析得到完整的测度指标体系,进而确定实证研究方案并开展调研,利用结构方程模型对调研结果进行分析,确定高校创新创业满意度的影响因素,在此基础上提出相应的建议,以期提升高校创新创业服务水平。From the perspective of “user thinking”,focusing on the needs and perception of contemporary college students,analyzing the current situation of entrepreneurship and innovation education in colleges and universities,and putting forward targeted improvement suggestions will help to improve the current cultivation of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities.In this context,and based on ACSI mode,this paper constructs a university innovation and entrepreneurship service satisfaction model,analyzes and obtains a complete measurement index system,then determines the empirical research scheme and carries out research,analyzes the research results by using structural equation model,determines the influencing factors of university innovation and entrepreneurship satisfaction,and puts forward corresponding strategic suggestions on this basis,so as to improve the service level of innovation and entrepreneurship in colleges and universities.
