高职院校创业法律服务供给侧改革路径研究

摘　　要：创业过程蕴含较多法律风险。高职院校不应将创业教育局限于创业启蒙教育和创业大赛,而应重视创业活动的社会属性,将对创业学生的支持延展到初创阶段,进行创业法律服务供给侧改革:利用好政府的创业扶持政策,赋予高职院校创业法律服务平台独立法人资格,为创业者提供公司注册设立、劳动关系管理、知识产权保护、产品责任防控等法律解决方案;打造既能覆盖本校毕业生创业又可辐射社会需求的创业法律服务平台,满足创业者多元化、多类型的法律服务需求。There are many legal risks in the process of entrepreneurship.Vocational colleges should not limit the focus of entrepreneurship education to entrepreneurship enlightenment education and entrepreneurship competition,but pay attention to the social attributes of entrepreneurship activities,extend the support of university resources to entrepreneurial students to the start-up stage,carry out the supply-side reform of entrepreneurial legal services,and make good use of the government’s entrepreneurship support policies,endow the entrepreneurship legal service platform of vocational colleges with independent legal personality,and provide entrepreneurs with legal solutions such as company registration and establishment,labor relationship management,intellectual property protection,product liability prevention and other legal solutions,build an entrepreneurship legal service platform that can not only cover the entrepreneurship of graduates of the university,but also radiate the needs of society,so as to meet the diversified and multi-type legal service needs of entrepreneurs.
