三全育人理念下高校劳动教育嵌入思想政治教育的逻辑、挑战和路径

摘　　要：在践行三全育人教育理念的背景下,高校将劳动教育嵌入思想政治教育育人体系,既有逻辑必然,又面临诸多挑战。新时代强化全员、全过程、全方位的劳动育人实践,必须引导和培育当代大学生的劳动精神、劳动意识、劳动习惯,厚植集体主义、爱国主义的情怀,坚持践行劳动教育嵌入思想政治教育路径,实现“双赢”,从而为高校立德树人根本任务的完成奠定坚实基础。Under the practice of the educational concept of three-all education,labor education in colleges and universities is embedded in the ideological and political education system,which is both logical and faces many challenges as well.In the new era,and in the process of strengthening the full,the whole process,all-round labor education practice,we must guide and cultivate the contemporary college students’ labor spirit,labor consciousness,and labor habits,build the feelings of collectivism,patriotism,adhere to the practice of labor education embedded ideological and political education path,and achieve “win-win”,so as to lay a solid foundation to the completion of the fundamental mission of higher education to enhance morality and foster talents.
